NICORETTE ® INVISIPATCH 15 mg/16h of nicotine, transdermal patch.
Contains 1.75 mg of nicotine per cm², at a dosage of 15 mg/16 hours (measuring 13.5 cm²).
Transparent adhesive patch, consisting of a pre-coated protective layer, a nicotine source layer, and a skin contact adhesive layer over a pre-coated, aluminized and siliconized peelable film.

For the treatment of tobacco dependence, providing relief from nicotine withdrawal symptoms and facilitating the cessation of smoking in smokers motivated to quit.

Pediatric population: should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age without the recommendation of a medical professional.
It is generally not recommended to use it for more than 6 months.
Combined Therapy: For smokers with a high degree of dependence, smokers who continue to experience uncontrollable cravings to smoke, or who have not had success with monotherapy, Nicorette® Invisipatch transdermal patches can be combined with a faster-acting oral form in terms of withdrawal symptoms. Oral pharmaceutical forms to be considered for combination with Nicorette® Invisipatch are Nicorette® 2 mg medicated chewing gum (classic flavor and fresh mint flavor), Nicorette® Bucomist 1 mg/dose oral spray solution, or Nicorette® Bucomist Fruit Mint Flavor 1 mg/dose oral spray solution.
Smokers should follow the same recommended dose as monotherapy for transdermal patches and their chosen oral form.
Method of administration: It should be applied to clean, intact, dry, and hairless areas of skin in the morning upon waking and removed at night before bed, for example on the hip, upper arm, or chest. These areas should be alternated daily, and the same application site should not be used on consecutive days.
1. Wash your hands before applying the adhesive.
2. Cut the sachet along the indicated dotted line using scissors. Select an area of clean, dry, hairless, and intact skin, for example, the hip, upper arm, or chest.
3. Peel off a portion of the silver aluminum foil and pull it back as far as possible. Take care, as much as possible, not to touch the sticky surface of the adhesive with your fingers.
4. Carefully apply the adhesive to the skin and remove the remaining half of the silver aluminum film.
5. Press the adhesive firmly against the skin with the palm of your hand or fingertips.
6. Rub the edge of the adhesive firmly in circles with your fingers to ensure it adheres well.
7. If the adhesive comes off, replace it with a new one. The use of oils or talcum powder on the skin may prevent the adhesive from adhering properly. After removal, used adhesives should be handled carefully.
