The average shipping time is 1 to 3 business days (up to 72 hours) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 12 PM (weekdays) are usually processed on the same day.

Shipments are made via a partner carrier, with tracking.
Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout mainland Brazil.

For shipments to the Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira) or the European Union , please contact us beforehand.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination of the order.

In promotional campaigns, free shipping may be offered above a certain amount — this information will be visible on the store at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Right of Free Resolution
Legally, consumers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to state a reason.

Please indicate the order number and the products you wish to return.
Conditions for accepting returns:

The product(s) must be intact, unused, closed, sealed, and in the original packaging .

Hygiene products, cosmetics, supplements, or non-prescription medications (MSRM) cannot be returned if they have been opened , for health and hygiene protection reasons (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, Art. 17).
Refunds

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt .
We will replace the product at no additional cost or refund the full amount, according to your choice.
Products Excluded from Return
According to current legislation, returns are not accepted for:

Sealed products that cannot be returned due to health/hygiene reasons and that were opened after delivery;

Medications;

Customized products;

Items with a short expiration date;

Items on sale marked "no returns".
