Shake before use. Apply generously to dry or wet skin half an hour before sun exposure, maintaining a maximum distance of 5cm from the skin. It is necessary to spread the product evenly until fully absorbed. Reapply every 2 hours to both wet and dry skin. Repeat application after sweating, swimming, or drying with a towel. Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently will reduce the protection factor.
