Shake for 5 seconds to ensure the two phases of the product are properly mixed before application. Apply generously to dry skin half an hour before sun exposure, reapply every 2 hours and after swimming or towel drying. Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently reduces the protection factor.
