Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, stirring the mixture whenever necessary.
Remove from heat and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
In the microwave:
Add the contents of one sachet to 160 ml of water.
Place the mixture in a microwave-safe container and heat for 1 minute.
Stir the mixture and return to the microwave for another minute.
Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
Consume immediately after preparation.
