Corpitol milk is indicated for the treatment of damaged or fragile skin, as a prevention of pressure ulcers. It is indicated for dry, thin, and scaly skin in elderly people, for cutaneous atrophy due to vascular insufficiency of the lower limbs (chronic venous insufficiency) or of external origin (general corticosteroid therapy, chemotherapy, etc.), for perilesional epidermal changes in leg ulcers, irritative dermatitis with itching, fissures, and localized hyperkeratosis, especially in diabetic patients.
It repairs dry skin, promotes healing of superficially damaged skin, strengthens the epidermal barrier, maintains skin restructuring, and improves tissue oxygenation.
It is composed of hyperoxygenated linoleic acid glycerides, with 60% linoleic acid and tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), and a grapefruit fragrance. Non-greasy and fast-absorbing, it can be used as a secondary dressing and by compression, and is clinically tested.
