Two capsules of Cis-control Cranberola Plus contain 140 mg of Proanthocyanidins (PAC).**
Ingredients per 2 capsules: Extract of flowering tops of Heather (Calluna vulgaris (L.) Hull) (250 mg). Extract of grape skin and seeds (Vitis vinifera L.) (200 mg). Bulking agent: cellulose. Apple fiber. Extract of red cranberry berries (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.) (20 mg). Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Vegetable capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

**Proanthocyanidins (PAC): 70 mg per capsule, evaluated according to the European Pharmacopoeia method of analysis, corresponding to 18 mg by the DMAC method.**

Take 1 capsule of Cis-Control Cranberola Plus in the morning and 1 capsule at night with a large glass of water. Drink at least one and a half liters of water throughout the day.
