Arkomag magnesium B6 for nervousness and fatigue.

ARKOMAG® combines *Magnesium of marine origin and Vitamin B6, which contribute to:
Maintaining the normal functioning of the nervous system (Magnesium) and psychological functions (Magnesium and Vitamin B6).
It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue (Magnesium and Vitamin B6) and maintains normal muscle function (Magnesium), especially during periods of strain.
A lack of magnesium is a source of muscle fatigue, irritability, and nervousness.

From 6 years old. Children aged 6 to 17: 1 capsule daily. From 18 years old: 2 capsules daily. Take with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
