Arkofemina Menstrual Cycle combines Yarrow, which contributes to well-being during menstruation, with Ginger, which aids digestion. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. As a complement, Vitamins B6, B9, and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended daily intake
From age 12 onwards

1 tablet per day, starting from the first days of menstruation, with a large glass of water.

Bulking agent: cellulose – Yarrow shoot extract (Achillea millefolium L.) (250 mg) – Ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) (100 mg) – Anti-caking agents: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and magnesium salts of fatty acids – Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (0.5 μg – 20%*) – Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.28 mg – 20%*) – Vitamin B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) (40 μg – 20%*). Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, fatty acids – Bulking agents: calcium carbonate – Coloring: common caramel – Apple (Malus domestica Borkh), Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) and Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) concentrate.
