Recommended for ages 12 and up. Ages 12-17: 1 sachet per day. Adults: 1 to 2 sachets per day. Before breakfast, pour the contents of 1 or 2 sachets (depending on discomfort) into a large glass of water (approximately 200 ml). Stir until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
