For children over 3 years old: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day.

For children over 6 years old: 1 tablet 1 to 4 times a day.

For ages 12 and up: 2 tablets, 1 to 4 times a day.

Pregnant women: 2 tablets in the morning or 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at midday.
